Chair, Kerr Golf Classic
Previously David was the CEO of the Golf Channel where he was responsible for the network’s marketing and sales, programming, production and new media. He also began a youth golf event—the Mutual of Omaha Drive, Chip & Putt Junior Challenge—to foster community outreach and help grow the game. He is a native of Portland, and he earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management at Portland State University.

CHAIR-ELECT: Keith Meyers, CPA, Principal, Perkins & Co.

Keith has more than 20 years’ experience in public accounting and holds AICPA certifications in business valuation and financial planning. He specializes in providing business advice to closely-held business owners with an emphasis on tax minimization and long range planning. Before joining Perkins & Company he was a partner in the accounting firm of Edwards & Meyers. He graduated from Portland State University and is past chair of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants.

IMMEDIATE PAST CHAIR: Jerry Baysinger, Co-founder and President of Baysinger Partners Architecture, PC

Jerry specializes in planning and design for retail, mixed-use, multi-family and restaurant projects throughout the United States. He is a member and past director of the American Institute of Architects, Portland Chapter. He is also involved in the International Council of Shopping Centers, is past president of the Portland Pearl Rotary Club, and is a long-time member of the Mt. Hood Ski Patrol.

Fritz has more than 30 years experience in management with U.S. Bancorp. He holds a degree in business administration from Portland State University and is a graduate of the Northwest Banking School.

Tom Griffin: Vice President & Financial Consultant, RBC Wealth Management

Tom has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry with companies such as U.S. Bank, BancBoston, Fleet Bank and Bank of America. He attended American University in Washington, D.C. Tom, and his wife, are actively involved in adoption and foster parent initiatives as well as other issues affecting children.

Amelia Heath, JD: Of Counsel, Davis Wright Tremaine LLP
Amelia provides strategic wealth and business transfer and succession planning for individuals, families and business owners. She counsels a range of clients in estate planning, charitable gift planning, administration of trusts and estates, and formation of business entities to implement tax and non-tax planning. Previously, she was law clerk to then Associate Justice Hon. Thomas A. Balmer of the Oregon Supreme Court. Amelia holds a B.A. in history from Seattle Pacific University and a J.D. from Willamette University College of Law. She serves on Albertina Kerr’s Investment/Planned Giving Committee.

Mary Ann "Miki" Herman, Community Volunteer

Recently retired, Miki brings more than thirty years of increasingly responsible experience in leadership, planning, budgeting, operations, corporate services, purchasing, real estate and store design/construction for nationwide retailers and suppliers.  In June 2010 Miki became President of Yolo Colorhouse, a national company headquartered in Portland specializing in environmentally friendly designer paints. As President of YOLO Colorhouse, Miki negotiated large contracts with The Home Depot, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Amazon.com and independent green dealer stores throughout North America.  Her previous position was VP, Channel Management with Sears handling all retail and online sales for the $4B Tools, Paint, Lawn & Garden categories.  From 1996-2006 she held various senior leadership positions with The Discovery Channel Store, part of the global Discovery Communications organization. During the 8os and early 90s she was Director of Global Purchasing, Store Construction and Environmental Affairs with Starbucks during their huge growth from 40 stores to 3,000 stores and experienced their IPO. In the 70s, Miki was Senior Director of National Accounts with Canover Industries, a national consumer products company and supplier to large retailers. Miki has served on various retail boards and as an appointed board member to The Bonneville Administration Board in the 70s was instrumental in developing their strategy for water conservation in Washington State.  In 2010 she was recruited to the TOKNA Leadership Committee as an advisor and contributed her expertise in developing TOKNA's business plan.

Christopher J. Krenk, MSW: Albertina Kerr President & CEO

Chris has served as CEO of Albertina Kerr since 1990. He is an accomplished social, mental health and developmental disabilities services executive with 34 years’ experience in the field. Prior to joining Kerr, he was director of program services at The Christie School and CEO of CPC Hills Psychiatric Hospital, both in Portland. He graduated the University of Oregon with a BS in philosophy and earned his MSW from the University of Washington in Seattle.

Mary Lago, CTFA: Vice President, Wealth Management & Advisory Services, Washington Trust Bank

Mary has spent more than a decade assisting families, business owners and non-profit organizations maximize their trust and investment management opportunities. Mary works with clients to simplify the estate planning, trust administration and investment management processes and implement appropriate strategies. Mary earned her Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) Designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers and has been awarded honor graduate status in the area of Personal Trust from the Cannon Financial Institute.

Anton Oehlert: Vice President, Corporate Banking Relationship Manager, Sterling Bank

A graduate from University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics, Anton is a well-rounded banker who has worked in corporate banking and wealth management roles since 1997. He is currently the Vice President and Corporate Banking Relationship Manager for Sterling Bank where he has been actively involved with underwriting, relationship management, sales and sales management. Anton also has experience in business model development, business tactics execution, talent development and P&L management. His previous positions include Regional Director at The Private Bank from 2006-2010 and Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer at Union Bank from 1997-2006.

Mike Rompa, CPA: President & Managing Shareholder, Geffen Mesher

In his role as President and Managing Shareholder at Geffen Mesher, Mike is involved in the fine details of accounting and management information systems as well as forecasting, budgeting, and operating for the service, manufacturing, automotive services, real estate, software development and nonprofit industries. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Lewis & Clark College.

With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Tony's history includes industrial, biotech and pharmaceutical, hi-tech, manufacturing, retail, public service, housing, assisted living, hospitality and non-profit projects. In recent years, Tony has applied creative and cost-effective measures to two large construction companies in the West.

Erinn Warner, Community Volunteer
Chair, Race for the Roses Committee
Currently a community volunteer, Erinn started her career at Nordstrom in retail management and subsequently brought her talents to Dr Martens/Air Wair USA as a corporate event planner. She holds a B.A. in Journalism-Public Relations from the University of Oregon. Erinn’s interest in Albertina Kerr arose from her close relationship with her grandmother who served as a volunteer at Albertina’s Restaurant and Shops.

Keren Brown Wilson, PhD: Adjunct Associate Professor, Institute of Aging, Portland State University

Keren is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Institute of Aging at Portland State University, where she developed the university's first "International Health and Aging" service learning project. In 2005, she received the Maxwell Pollack Award from the Gerontological Society of America for her contributions to the field of aging, specifically for her work in assisted living and long-term care for older and disabled adults.

Alison Wood, Community Volunteer

In addition to serving as a Foundation Trustee of Albertina Kerr, Alison is the treasurer of The Old Kerr Nursery Association, the volunteer group that runs Albertina’s Restaurant and Shops. For six years, she served as the Store Administrator first for Nordstrom Downtown and then the Washington Square Store. Previously, from 1994 to 1998, Alison held a position in Nordstrom’s Portland sales promotion office where she was involved in event production, advertising, fashion and public relations efforts for six area stores.
