Most recently, John was the Chief Financial Officer of Rose Villa Retirement Communities. Prior to that, he was senior director of finance for Hannah the Pet Society and the president of Benefithelp Solutions which provides administrative, COBRA and Flexible Account services to corporate and not-for-profit clients. John began his career at Price Waterhouse and later joined the First American Title Insurance Company followed by Schnitzer Investment Corp. He earned an accounting degree from the University of Oregon.

Before joining ZGF Architects LLP, Rob worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Stoel Rives where he was responsible for long- and short-term financial planning, capital and operational budgeting, and issues related to revenue generation. He also served as a key adviser to firm management and developed, implemented and drove business strategies and key initiatives in alignment with the firm's strategic goals. Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Rob served as the Chief Operating Officer at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt. His career also includes serving as Director of Finance at Holland & Hart LLP, Senior Manager at Beers & Cutler PLLC and Chief Financial Officer at Thompson & Knight LLP. Rob received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Teri enjoyed 13 years in private practice before joining ODS Companies, now Moda Health, in 2011. She currently serves on the Northwest Dentists Insurance Company Board of Directors, a professional liability and business owners insurance company in Washington State. She has extensive dental leadership experience. Teri served as chair of the American Dental Association Strategic Planning Committee for four years, which culminated in the adoption of its current plan. She served the Oregon Dental Association in numerous positions including President. Teri received her Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University and her Doctor of Dental medicine from Oregon Health Sciences University.
David Boxberger: CEO, LightPoint
David Boxberger is a technology entrepreneur. As the CEO of LightPoint, David spends considerable time with the healthcare community in the Pacific Northwest. David served as the Board Chair for the Children’s Developmental Health Institute (CDHI) during Albertina Kerr’s acquisition of CDHI. As the father of a special needs child, David intimately understands the challenges and rewards of parenting and caring for special needs and developmentally disabled children.

Since 2004 Mary has specialized in corporate structure of retirement plans and benefits or individual retirement and wealth planning. Holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Portland State University and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary. Outside of work Mary’s life revolves around her big Italian and Central American family including her merchant marine husband and two children.

David became a Partner at Ater Wynne LLP in 2004. He regularly advises public and private companies on a variety of tax and transactional matters, including tax-free and taxable mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, recapitalizations, incentive compensation arrangements, and public and private offerings. Because of Ater Wynne's strong emerging business practice, David has significant experience advising early-stage companies on a variety of tax matters.

Alex is a Senior Compliance Counsel at The Greenbrier Companies. Alex previously was Principal of Duarte Legal and Compliance Consulting, LLC, and prior to that was Compliance Counsel at Precision Castparts Corp. His experience also includes serving as Corporate counsel and a Senior Attorney for Qwest Communications International and as a Partner in the national law firm of Zelle & Larson LLP in San Francisco. He earned his B.A. in Political Science at the University of Illinois and his J.D. at Stanford Law School. Alex has served on a number of boards and government commissions, including the Oregon Liquor Control Commission, and has previously served on the Hispanic Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, the Oregon Board of Maritime Pilots, Malheur Home Telephone Company, and Public Advocates, Inc. in San Francisco.

Margaret has been involved with Albertina Kerr since 2008 and returns to our Governing Board. Margie retired in 2015 as the Chief Medical Officer for CareOregon, a nonprofit organization committed to improving and protecting the health of low income and vulnerable Oregonians. She was previously the medical director for both Providence Health Plans and PacifiCare of Oregon. She earned her M.D. at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Cincinnati, Ohio. Previously, Margaret served on the Parents Association Board of Directors at Bucknell University.
