Whether you want to get into shape, improve your current fitness level, set a personal record or just lead a healthy lifestyle, our goal is to help you achieve your goals! Our Group Training includes a customized training program (three to six months for 5k/10k to marathon programs), twice-weekly coached workouts, and six educational sessions. Educational topics include injury prevention, strength training, core conditioning, nutrition, training with a heart rate monitor and more. Participants train in a fun and supportive group atmosphere with like-minded runners. Qualified, experienced coaches and pace leaders are at each practice session to provide guidance, resources and motivation.

Team In Training
The Leukemia Lymphoma Society's Team In Training (TNT) is the largest endurance sports training program in the world and also a proud participant in the Race for the Roses.  In exchange for training and support, members help raise money towards cures for blood cancers like leukemia, the No. 1 disease killer of children, lymphoma and myeloma. Athletes walk away with new friends, amazing accomplishments and the sense that they did something even more important than getting in good shape.
