Q: If I take a tag, do I have to fill the wish listed?
A: Yes, please do your best to fulfill the wish listed on the tag. If you have questions about the wish, contact Albertina Kerr’s Development Associate at Development@albertinakerr.org (Attn: Grant a Wish) or (503) 808-9949.
Q: Should I wrap the gift?
A: No, please leave all gifts unwrapped.
Q: What if I can’t find the item requested?
A: Let us know! Sometimes we will know a suitable stand-in or can request that the person submit an alternate wish.
Q: When is my gift due back?
A: All gifts should be returned with the completed wish tag on December 12 and 13 to Albertina Kerr.
Q: Do you accept used items?
A: We would like all of our holiday gifts to be new. We happily accept donations of used items at our thrift shop, Albertina’s Closet, Monday – Saturday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., located at 424 NE 22nd Ave, Portland, OR 97232.
Q: I ordered my gift online and it won’t be here in time. What do I do?
A: Please contact Albertina Kerr's Development Associate at Development@albertinakerr.org (Attn: Grant a Wish) or (503) 808-9949 if your gift will not arrive in time to be dropped off on December 12 or 13. We will do our absolute best to make sure it gets to the requesting individual by the holiday.
