Albertina Kerr’s Port City is an activity and recreation program that provides career and social support for adults with developmental disabilities from Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties in Oregon. Opportunities include screen printing, artistic expression, urban farming and husbandry, woodworking and an enrichment center for people with high care and medical needs.
