The Access Center phone line is staffed from 8 a.m. to midnight daily. When you call, we may ask for the following information to determine the needs of the child:
  • Child’s Name 
  • Date of Birth 
  • Guardian information 
  • Insurance information 
  • Current behaviors of concern 
  • Past mental health treatment, if applicable 
  • Services you are seeking 
  • Current medications 
  • Current treatment providers
