This holiday season was brighter for youth and adults supported by Albertina Kerr, thanks to our community’s generosity. Through the Grant A Wish program, hundreds of holiday wishes were fulfilled for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health challenges

For many supported by Kerr, Grant A Wish ensures they receive gifts during the holidays when they might otherwise go without. This tradition represents care, inclusion, and a commitment to making the season meaningful.

Across Kerr’s programs, people connected as they opened gifts, shared smiles, and discovered new favorite items. The gifts themselves were unforgettable, including a digital coin microscope, a djembe drum, a purple wheelchair-friendly backpack, and more Squishmallows than we could count. These moments were captured in photos that show how the community came together to make the season memorable.

Grant A Wish was made possible through community support, with special thanks to HUB International, this year’s tag sponsor, and the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 701 for their program support. We’re incredibly grateful for everyone’s unwavering support.
