We help adults with I/DD identify and achieve their employment goals, offering assistance in finding and maintaining meaningful employment within the community. Kerr also facilitates Project SEARCH, a nine-month internship program that partners with local businesses to provide adults with I/DD valuable employment skills training and work experience.
