Located in Gresham, Oregon’s Wilkes East Neighborhood, Wynne Watt’s Commons provides 150 affordable units of studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments. Spread throughout the building are 30 universally accessible units with state-of-the-art technology and additional rental subsidy for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Equipped as a completely sustainable building, Wynne Watts Commons affords the residents no cost for water, sewer, garbage, electricity, or internet. To learn more, click here.

How do I prove my income level for eligibility?

All applicants who are over 18 years of age will be required to verify their income. The total household income must be below the maximum allowed for the unit size.

Can anyone apply?

Yes.

Who is managing the rental process?

Kerr is partnering with Quantum Residential. Quantum manages the waitlist and processes all applications. Learn more at WynneWatts.com.

Are there common spaces?

Yes. There are several common spaces (both inside and outside), including seating areas near the elevators on upper floors, on-site property management offices, lockers for package delivery, storage units, a community room on the first floor for meetings and events, an outdoor courtyard, a playground, and a BBQ space. In addition, each floor has two laundry rooms with commercial washers and dryers.

Are there laundry rooms?

​Yes. Each floor in the building has two laundry rooms with commercial washers and dryers that can be operated using a phone app with variable pricing, depending on the day/time you do your laundry (it will be cheaper to do laundry during weekdays and in the evenings or nighttime).

Is there parking?

Yes. There are 128 parking spaces on-site.

Is there bike storage?

Yes. There are 67 secured bicycle spaces on-site.

Are there electric car charging stations?

Yes. There are a small number of charging stations. Infrastructure is planned to install more charging stations in the future.

What are transportation options?
